The only word I can think of to describe my experience of this hospice is exceptional and that is not adequate. The staff, cleaners, carers, nurses, catering staff and of course the wonderful volunteers have without fail been both professional and cheerful and making a very difficult time bearable on my friend's behalf and mine, thank you.

Being transferred from the WH hospital to the calmness and tranquility of this hospice was amazing.
No screaming or shouting and extra music. I kept pinching myself, thinking I was dreaming and would wake up.
The staff here have been wonderful and I feel I am getting better by the minute. Thanks to everyone.

Words can't express our appreciation for the care and support given to us at what was a very difficult time.
The kindness and understanding of everyone at the hospice has helped the whole family and has meant a great deal to us.
I can't think of anything that could be improved!
